The beach is steps away from this oceanfront ground floor condo in South Forest Beach. With a private patio accessible from the living room, guests staying in Ocean Club 47 have easy access to the beach. Oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 people with king in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and a living room sleep sofa. Follow the adjacent wooden walkway to and from the beach or take a dip in the on-site courtyard pool a few steps away. Although Ocean Club has parking in front of each condominium, the complex is an easy walk to Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market, and Beach Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Ocean Club.. fantastic location. This unit was definitely not worth the money we paid. Not cleaned properly and just generally outdated and kitchen sparsely stocked... not enough to actually prepare meals in condo. I did have to clean the bathrooms myself. Seashore Vacations did step up and make things right though and provided clean linens, towels and new patio chairs. I have stayed in many units at Ocean Club, but do not recommend unit 47.

Great location, meh unit
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and pool access are great. Tubs don't drain and hand sprayers are a must add for kids! The decor is very dated, as a rental it's very low effort and everything seems to have come from Goodwill. Microwave and toaster are on the same circuit! Bug sprayer guy barged in but was nice when we said we didn't want spraying with two young kids there.
