Nestled on the AONB Lizard Peninsula just a twenty minute drive from Helston lies the former hotel Tregildry House.
Tregildry 3 is a one bedroom flat situated separately and peacefully at the top of the far side of the house.
The first thing that will strike you as you enter is the unspoilt breathtaking views of the ocean with Falmouth, St Mawes and St Anthony's lighthouse in the distance.
A beautiful 7 minute walk from Gillan Cove and the SWCP this remote and tranquil area is simply stunning.

This cosy apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, with a separate double bedroom and spacious ensuite.
If you don't want to go too far feel free to wonder or picnic in our beautiful orchard with exquisite sea views.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the remoteness, the breath taking views and decided to take a massive renovating project on and breath new life back into a once thriving hotel. We reversed the living situation the hotel part became our family home and the annexes holiday apartments.

What makes this property unique

If you like uncrowded, sub tropical, bio diverse countryside infused on the edge of the ocean well this is the place for you. Our apartment provides a sanctuary in amongst exploring this naturally beautiful area.
