Guests now have access to the community pool located within the neighborhood. The pool is open as of May 17th and is a wonderful amenity for your stay. (The pool is not attached to the house but it is a 5 minute or less walk from the property.)

☞ PER HOA POLICY
All guests 18+ are required to submit a government-issued ID after booking. This is for neighborhood compliance and guest verification only.

☞ VISITOR POLICY
Each paying guest may have on daily visitor. The full visitor policy is in the house rules.

☞ PET POLICY
House pets are allowed with $100 pet fee per pet (max 2). No cats, puppies, or aggressive breeds. Let us know about your pets before booking, including service animals.

☞ COMMUNITY POOL POLICY
A pool fob will be provided, upon request. Guests are responsible for the issued pool fob. A $150 replacement fee will apply if the fob is lost, stolen, or damaged. Guests are responsible for following all posted community pool rules. Use of the pool is at your own risk - There are no lifeguards present at the pool. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal items
while at the pool or during commute (walking or driving) to and from the facility.

☞ SECURITY POLICY
For safety and security, there are three exterior security cameras on the property:
• One faces the driveway and street
• One faces the backyard
• One is a doorbell camera at the front door
All cameras are located outside and monitor the entry points of the home only. There are no cameras inside the property. The cameras are in place for guest safety and to ensure compliance with house rules.

☞ All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs, accessible only by a U-shaped staircase with 15 steps. While I would be honored to host guests visiting Duke, the Durham VA, or any other medical facility for medical procedures, your safety and comfort are my top priority. If stairs may present a challenge during your recovery, this home won't be the best fit.
