*****FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY LIMITATIONS: All guests must be able to manage at least one step to access the lowest level of home. Other levels, including the primary level (kitchen, great room, etc.) require additional stairs. The lowest level of the home can be used as a sleeping area (futon) and does include access to a stand-in shower (step up to enter). The home has several potential hazards, including steep, open-back stairs, large gaps between railings, balconies, water access, and potentially hazardous kitchen items within reach. Additionally, the house is furnished with valuable artwork, mid-century modern furniture, and high-end appliances that are costly to replace. Parents may find it stressful to ensure safety and protect the furnishings, so we do not recommend this home for those traveling with younger children.

Guest access: The entire home and yard are available to guests. There will be locked closets, cabinets, and other doors for areas guests do not require access. The private beach is accessible to guests.
