Ready for summer fun?
We're only 3 miles from the beach and close to Venice and Sarasota.
Tons of activity in park, pool, library, volleyball, golf, gym, basketball, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, firepits, food trucks, socials, karaoke, and on... fun is endless!!!
Grill, washer/dryer and towels, a pull out couch to accommodate an additional 2 guests.
The bedroom has a new queen bed, internet, large 60 inch smart TV in Lanai.
Gazebo for eating or gathering!
