Low Cost Alternative to rents paid in Ithaca. This is a “Handicap Accessible”efficiency apartment being part of a single family home located in a very nice residential area in the Village of Dryden. 650 sq. ft. with a queen size bed, fully stocked kitchenette including, full bath/shower, internet TV, and WiFi. Note that jetted part of the tub is not operable.

Owners live upstairs and are fully Vaccinated for COVID-19.

Parking is conveniently adjacent to outside door.

-Cayuga Lake (15 minutes away)
-Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trail
-Hiking at one of the State Parks within a 1/2 hour of the house (Treman, Buttermilk Falls, (Taughannock Falls 45 minutes, and Watkins Glen 1 hour).
-The Greek Peek resort (10 minutes away for Winter Skiing, summer has a zip line, mountain biking, mountain coaster etc. plus an indoor water park.

Remove garbage bags including food from fridge, tie bag off and put in garbage can in garage. Leave keys in little basket on dresser in foyer

Comfortable little basement apartment in the owners home. Steve answered all my questions in a very timely manner. He even came to meet us before departing. Though it was rather odd entering into the owners garage to access the basement apartment, it was perfect for what we were looking for.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. I especially enjoyed the loveseat recliners and the washer and dryer. Kathi and Steve were very kind and even provided me with a USB plug for my cell phone charger as I forgot mine. Also the location is great....15-20 min to either Ithaca or Cortland. I would definitely Kathi and Steve's apartment.

We needed to stop by for a wedding in Ithaca, NY and this place suited all our needs and then some! A bit of an upgrade from a hotel!Very roomy, nice living room with plenty of seating, dining area, and full sized mini-kitchen (but we didn't have time to use). The bathroom was fully loaded with a tub, shower, washer and dryer. Plenty of soft comfortable towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.The room had a fun 1980-90s hunting lodge decor!The owners were very friendly and nice to get to know when we ran into the! They quiet and respectful of our space. They even let us borrow a iron and ironing board, which saved the day!

Convenient and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kathi was very nice and friendly and the apartment was clean—perfect for the two of us on a four day stay in the area. Just a fifteen minute drive to Ithaca and convenient to many of the state parks and waterfalls and Finger Lakes wine trails. We’d enjoy staying here again next time we come to Ithaca.

The most accessible bnb we've ever stayed in; just a short level path from the designated parking spot thru the garage into the ground floor apartment. Nice decor, very comfortable bed & sofas, plenty of plush towels, fancy whirlpool bath (not accessible of course) with a wonderful showerhead. Very quiet location on a cul-de-sac on the west edge of town -- barely 15 minutes from the East Campus of Cornell Univ. A good place to spend a few days enjoying the outdoors, but not designed for much indoor time. It would be fine for minimal cooking (the stove does not have a hood) -- we only ate our breakfasts there. But the apartment met our needs completely, and we would certainly be happy to stay there again if we were visiting the area.

Close to Ithica and Cornell this clean, complete basement apartment has everything we needed: fully furnished kitchen, comfortable seating area, Queen bed, and soaking tub. While there is no window, the air conditioner/fan keeps the air moving and fresh. We enjoyed relaxing here after sightseeg and slept soundly in this quiet cacoon.

This apartment has an excellent location. The owners provided very good instructions. It is in a basement and has no windows which is nice for privacy. It is well furnished and very comfortable.

Very Private

Was a great little place for me , my son and his friend. The owners gave us our privacy, we didn't even meet them, it was like having our own place. Everything was easy, clean and just perfect. Close to Ithica, bike paths, waterfalls etc.

Great stay for single person

A pretty good place for the price. There was no toilet paper or tissues though restocked, but after a day they brought new stuff down. They were very accommodating for my earlier check in and later check out. Overall a great stay I will consider in the future if I need a longer stay in the area again!

Convenient and cozy stay

Overall nice spot. It’s small but convenient. Perfect spot for 1-2 people to stay. I was there for a baseball tournament with my Son. It was better then staying in a hotel and was probably cheaper. Overall clean. Very accessible. Convenient location. I would definitely stay there again. Perfect for couples.
