The home had a gated entrance which we loved. It was super clean and easily accessible. Even though parking was on the street, there was always parking close to the entrance. Apartment had AC’s which made it even more comfortable. Next time we’re back in PR we’ll be looking to book here again

This is perfect stay. Close to everything, parking in front of apartment. Water pressure is not the greatest but this is an island. The owner was amazing, attentive to all of our needs. Ac was excellent!! Highly recommend the bakery near by ,Laguna bakery! Safe neighborhood. Definitely will go back

Property is clean and big, where it lacks in appeal it makes up in practicality. Outside gate locks you in so you definitely feel extra safe, which is big when traveling with just woman. One huge qualm for me was watching a flying cockroach easily enter the via the window due to gaps in the frame, so maybe pack some duck tape...I had to make due by stuffing napkins into the gaps and that seemed to have helped as we only saw one during our 5 nights stay so par for the course of visiting such a beautiful island. Most of the area did not have water and we were really grateful this property did. It even has a house/corner market to get small essentials and a bigger commercialized gas station with a small espresso/deli cafe for a bit of a longer walk. There's also Bebo's bbq, SO good and also in walking distance. That's about all that is in walking distance for everything else uber's are needed but super affordable at just 5-10 to Isla Verde (about 5-10 min drive). There are no beach towels on the property so pack your own but the kitchen is fully stocked but no a/c in that part of the house so it will be island cooking...if you can't take the heat...
