Clean and modern home. Needs a little tlc the lawn was high and the deck had no stairs and the steps for the hot tub need attention. Otherwise it met our needs for a small group of friends to come for a weekend. The hot tub was a nice amenity and we enjoyed the view from the deck.

A beautiful getaway in the mountains! The hot tub listing was definitely what caught my eye first. The house was awesome the way it was converted into living space, very comfortable!!!!. The views were amazing. Alex and his team responded immediately to any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this place. It was a 10 out of 10. Thank you again.

The view is lovely with the dairy farm in the foreground and the mountains behind. It was so nice to sit on the deck, watching the view and listening to the frogs in the pond. The location is convenient to Bethel Woods and hiking. Alex was very responsive and check in was a breeze. Unfortunately, due to some heavy rain, the noisy sump pump repeatedly kicked in. Alex said that the property owner is aware and they are working on the issue. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the scenic views from the deck hot tub at this comfortable, well-designed, well-equipped home. This is a great place for a pet-friendly country get-away. Check out the alpaca farm and local breweries while here.

We had a wonderful stay at the most unique place we have ever stayed. This barn is a one-of-a-kind experience. The hot tub, bbq, fire pit are all wonderful amenities that enhance the property. It is a quick drive to Jeffersonville where there are wonderful shops, restaurants and shopping. The furniture is all comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the beds were comfortable... not to mention the tub! We plan on staying again and feel like we have found a wonderful upstate New York escape. The host was quick to respond and very helpful when we had questions. One of our favorite things was listening to frogs in the pond and watching the beautiful cows meander around the farm next door... so relaxing.
