HORRIBLE property!!! The building should not be on this site at all until safety and code issues are addressed. We have pictures and videos showing how run down and unsecure this property is. I have Uber receipts proving that we spent a total of 27 minutes there (we knew immediately that we couldn't stay but had to take pics and videos because it's so obnoxiously unsatisfactory, then also had to wait for the driver to pick us up). Not to mention, the owners will not grant you access by 1700 like their posted check-in time specifies.Just a few safety issues include the front door not sealing (once shut, I can fit four fingers all the way in between the door and door jam) or locking, cracks and missing bricks all over the facia, no central hvac (window units only), the balcony door does not close completely nor have lock, the bathroom light is controlled by a plug into a power strip, lighting is very minimal... the list goes on and on.There's absolutely no way this property has a legitimate 9.4 rating with supposed external reviews. Being a veteran and having stayed in some less than desirable environments, this one is literally at the top of the list for being the worst!To make it even better, while VRBO acknowledges that this qualifies for a refund (we were only on property for 27 minutes and let the owner know immediately that we could not stay there) the owner is refusing to comply.If I wish there were an option for negative stars! Rent this location at your own risk!!!
