Very Clean, close and easy access to the beach. Great layout for families. Great TV internet. Loved the screen in porch. Didn’t know it was the second floor and wish I had been aware. Being your own sauté pan the one that they have is terrible. They do not stock any coffee filters fyi it’s 10-12 cup coffee maker.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback about your stay. I’m glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, layout, beach access, and screened porch. I’m sorry the second-floor location and kitchen items were not as expected, and I appreciate you pointing out the issues with the sauté pan and coffee filters. Your comments are very helpful and will be used to improve the listing information and kitchen supplies.

Our overall experience was great! The condo is just as it appears in photos, right across the street from beach access. The only thing I’d like to let people know that check out is at 9:00 sharp! We were loading up our last stuff and at 9:10 a person from the rental company asked my husband if we were checking out. He said we were just putting the last items in the car and she said housekeeping would be there in 10 minutes. Most other rentals are usually 10:00 check out. Just be warned, be out by 9:00 sharp!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and found the property to be just as advertised. We appreciate your feedback regarding our checkout time. Our 9:00 AM checkout is established to allow our housekeeping team sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property for incoming guests. We understand that this may be earlier than some travelers expect, and we apologize if the reminder felt rushed during your departure. Checkout and check-in times are provided prior to arrival, and we encourage guests to plan accordingly. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Your Southern Team
