As a real estate broker/agent, I know the importance of having a comfortable place to call home, even on the road! As a business owner and a homeschooling family of six, our flexible lifestyle has made the short term rental management gig a perfect fit for our family! Why they chose this property

Wamego has the best festivals around! Although the Tulip Festival and OzFest are wonderful, the Fourth of July really takes the cake! Between the week long carnival, the traditional parade and the biggest fireworks show in the state, there is no better place to celebrate! With the parade right downstairs and all other activities within walking distance, Lincoln is the place to be! We also love being located right beside Wamego's best restaurants, coffee shops, antique shops, swimming, and the charming City Park.

What makes this property unique

We tried to encapsulate the historic feel of the 1880 building in every choice that we made. We retrained original flooring, matched original trim and even included push button light switches throughout the space. The furnishings and decorations are intended to take you back to an era of days gone by, all while maintaining modern comfort and convenience. The charm of the Saddle Shop has remained intact with the retention of the original shop window, cash register and a number of original books. This property feels rich with nearly 150 years of life being lived within its walls.
