Cottage on private road and 5-min walk to beach
Perfect all-season cottage with easy access to beaches, wineries, restaurants, and all the great things the North Fork has to offer.
The cottage is between McCabes Beach (5-min walk), a popular spot for windsurfing with lifeguards on duty in the summer, and Horton Point Lighthouse (10-min walk), which is great for picnics and sunsets. Near many great restaurants and farm stands, including a quick walk to Little Ram (farm stand oysters) and Bhavana Berries (U-Pick blueberries).
Outdoors - bluestone patio with a BBQ, portable fire pit, and seating for outdoor dining. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided.
Bedrooms - 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin) are connected by a bathroom.
Living Area - Open concept living room with a record player and ever-growing library of options. Enclosed porch. 65" TV with Netflix.
Work from Home - Great wifi. There is a 3rd room which can be used as a workspace with a Samsung monitor if you want to plug in your laptop (HDMI cable).
