My husband and I purchased this cottage in 2022. We remodeled extensively while keeping its original charm and we love the way it turned out! We have enjoyed sharing this piece of paradise with our guests and have had the good fortune of hosting some wonderful people. We are thrilled with the number of guests who are booking for the following year and excited to host them and their families again!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is our home, we live just a short walk away. It is largely residential and we have great neighbors. We love the area, especially the beach which we feel is the best on Coldwater Lake!

What makes this property unique

Our cottage is directly on the water, no crossing the street. It has everything you need to feel at home and a beautiful lakeside porch lined with windows to catch the beautiful sunsets. We have ample parking including a lot across the street to accommodate extra vehicles as well as a boat trailer.
