The condo has a gate coded entrance to have a better control of the visitors and provide a peaceful stay. The Clubhouse has it's own leisure amenity that has a $100/day fee per party and is optional if you only wish to avail however, there is a Restaurant inside the clubhouse where there is no fee required to have access.
