Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Rental Agreement sent via Adobe Sign must be completed and signed before arrival. This must include the guest names. NO-SMOKING/VAPING NO PETS
Before the ePass and door code are shared, a photo ID of the booking guest must be sent via the VRBO platform.
There is an exterior Ring doorbell camera at the front door facing the walkway out towards the street.

This house was exactly as the pictures show. It was clean, well-stocked, and in good condition overall. The owner was very responsive to any messages although we did not have any issues during our stay that needed attention. The community was very nice and quiet. It had a great playground and little water park for the kids. The pool was fantastic and stayed a comfortable temperature the entire week with the pool heater on regardless of how warm or cool it was that day or night. We would recommend this house and stay here again.

Vey clean home. Kitchen is fully loaded. Movie room is so fun! Pool is really nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Host is great! Surrounding area has many things to do, lots to eat, shop and find fun. Disney is very close, Universal about 30 min depending on traffic We had a last-minute issue with a different VRBO host and could not stay there. Luckily, we were able to find this home, and the host made our unexpected change for our trip easy and was so kind.

We are ideally situated only 2 miles from the main entrance of Walt Disney World off World Drive. Windsor Hills is the closet to Disney of its kind. Our home is nestled behind the gates in this private community and we are the only home that feature both a private south facing full-size swimming pool and a private in-home movie theater.

The major benefit to our home besides the home itself is the resort it's within. Windsor Hills community has been distinguished as a 5 star family resort and was constructed in 2006 making it one of the newest luxury family community closest to the Magic Kingdom and several other attractions.
