Walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, including locally owned Lucky's Market, Cafe and Bakeshop, as well as to hiking trails leading right up into the Foothills. Spot deer on your sunset stroll. This sanctuary of a home is centrally located and a 5 minute drive to Pearl Street!

I was a Boulder resident for 33 years before moving to Seattle. My home has been a sanctuary and I want to share that feeling with others. I love traveling and find it comforting when I'm able to rent a place that has character and is clean with the amenities I look for. I strive for others to have that at my house.
Why they chose this property
Location is everything in Boulder and being west of Broadway in north Boulder you have walking access to hiking trails, restaurants, market, coffee shops and more. It's north of Pearl street (5 minute drive), just far enough to be in a quiet neighborhood without the noise of downtown.
What makes this property unique
The house is decorated with items from my travels to places like Africa, Cambodia, Bali, India, Japan and more. You will feel like you stepped into a sanctuary.
