The host was super welcoming - the townhouse was perfect for our needs. Clean, accurately described and accessible to everything. Check in was smooth, beds were comfy, linens were clean and all in all we would definitely book this home again!
We stayed at the home overnight for a Vex Robotics tournament. The listing was exactly as described. The neighbors were friendly and made us feel cared for even just for the night. We also enjoyed the proximity to many food options.
The home was cozy, the parking spot was very accommodating especially for a row home neighborhood. The home was clean. The dishwasher was outdated but worked fine. The host was responsive.
The host was very responsive. The house was very clean. The set up of the house fit our needs. I needed multiple bedrooms for family/friends and it worked out great. I liked the separate living area in what seemed like the basement. My only wish is that the 1 double bed was a queen size instead. I think there would be plenty of room for it. Otherwise, great stay!

We could not even access the property. We never got close to opening door I want a refund asap. The host was ignoring my texts about cancellation. I will be giving horrible reviews if this is not taken care of.

We are sorry the guest chose to cancel their stay. The property was fully accessible and the driveway and entrance were cleared of snow prior to arrival.
The reservation was cancelled according to the cancellation policy agreed to at booking. We responded to the guest and provided all available options within VRBO guidelines.
We always aim to accommodate guests whenever possible and maintain clear communication, and we encourage future guests to review our consistent history of positive stays.
The place was good , l saw some hair in the second floor bathroom, but otherwise everything was clean. The house very comfortable, they offered complimentary water but was none, I recommend this place but some little things that make the stay better. The address should be sent with more days of anticipation, we stopped at the liquor and we didn’t feel safe.
This property is anything BUT “chic”, and it is a row-house. I wish someone had written this review for me, I never would have booked. We left a night early, with no compensation. My husband and I are in our 70’s and the stairs are so steep and dangerous. We froze, because the owner has the thermostat locked and there were no extra blankets. It was not clean, old coffee grounds in the coffee maker, and old food was left in the refrigerator. Not enough coffee for our stay, not enough tp. This row house is in need of updating. No privacy, had to keep the shades down the whole time. I am so sorry, I don’t leave bad reviews, usually, but the renter beware!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m disappointed to hear that your experience did not align with the standard that nearly all of our guests consistently praise.
For clarity, the listing accurately describes the home as a traditional Baltimore rowhouse, including photos of the stairs and layout. Guests who may have mobility concerns are encouraged to review these details before booking.
Regarding temperature, the thermostat is professionally set to maintain a comfortable range, and guests are always welcome to request adjustments. Extra blankets are stored in the bedroom closet and were available during your stay.
Our cleaning team follows strict protocols, and the home was cleaned prior to your arrival. If any issue had been brought to my attention, I would have immediately sent the cleaner back to address it. You did not report any cleanliness concerns during your stay.
Supplies such as coffee and toilet paper are stocked according to Airbnb standards, and additional items are provided upon request. At no point was a request made.
It is important to note that you departed early by choice, and while no refund was warranted per VRBO policy, I remained professional and responsive throughout your stay.
I value respectful communication and take pride in maintaining a well-reviewed property. While I wish your stay had been more positive, I cannot overlook the inaccuracies in this review. I will not be hosting you again, but I will continue to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home for future guests.
Fantastic place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
