Handcrafted Arkansas red Cedar log cabins, central heat and air, cable TV, fully equipped from kitchen to bath. Located 1 mile from the Buffalo River at Tyler Bend Park, 1 mile from Grinders Ferry popular launch sight for canoeing and kayaking ,3 miles south of Saint Joe. Also a cajun restaurant onsite open Fri,Sat,Sun 12-8.

Great weekend getaway!

Perfect location and plenty of room for two families plus some! Our bed was very comfortable. The deck and grill area were nice. Several of the light fixtures need to be repaired and/or light bulbs replaced. The kitchen needed a thorough cleaning.

River trip off season

Off season trip. Last minute. Great location if planning a float trip. Plenty of beds cool rustic feel. Might bring paper plates ect… no dish washer scrubber or device to wash dishes after. Liked it great porch. Fun 1 night stay Ken the owner is there to help great communication Thanks Ken we had fun

Property was not clean, A/C keeps the house at 80 at best, mouse cleans off the cabnets when you turn your back, toilet won't flush and water pressure in the shower is VERY weak. The host did let us check in a few hours early. Overall it was a place to lay down after a good float on the Buffalo. Thanks Ken for letting us hangout for a few day. A little LOVE and this cabin will be a 5 Star stay.

I can’t say enough about this place

The entire experience will make you want to come back every year; It did for our group! The Cabin is clean and comfortable with an amazing view and the convenience of a really great Cajun seafood place next door. This is our 2nd annual trip and we we’re already planning our reservations for next year before we left.

Great overall, minus a few minor details you would expect to have.

Had cabin #4 - it has the most beautiful, natural canopy over the large porch making it very private and cozy. The wood of the cabin and furniture was impressive! Missing basic items such as paper towels, trash bags, soap; small number of plates and utensils; windows painted shut. Poor cell/wifi reception. Great location for river access, but there is a lot of road noise. We would do it again!

This cabin was so perfect for our family plus 1! We had plenty of space, it was sooo close to the river take in and take out locations, and the owner was very helpful! The weather was amazing when were there, so we hung out outside and ate outside almost every night! Highly recommend!

Weekend in the mountains

Arrived mid afternoon and got checked in with no problems. The cabin is really neat. Loved all of the natural wood. Spent some time driving in the mountains and went to Marshall to catch a movie at the Kenda Drive In. We enjoyed visiting with the owner at his shop next door.
