Wonderful property that accomodated friends and family for a memorable several days. We stayed in to cook for a few days, as the kitchen had all of the things we needed! The location was ideal as we were close enought to Santas Village, Omni dinners at the pool, as well as Polly's Pancakes. The property itself was spacious, immaculate, and beyond comfortable. All 10 guests loved the fact we could use the grill, and firepit for a fireside chat! The all voted to have me contact John for next year, as we visit annually! We appreciated the space, the amenities, and the luxury. Thank you John, as you will be hearing from us again.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. It was even better than expected. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and there were plenty of bedding, towels, and paper goods, which made everything so convenient. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the entire place was spotless and welcoming. The host’s communication was excellent throughout our stay — quick, clear, and very helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

Come back again in our summer and fall. The best thing ever is leaving the windows open at night and falling asleep or waking up to the sounds of the brook running next to the townhouse. Second best is having coffee on the patio and counting the butterflies in the spring.

Jeff, you are so right....this setup with two master bedrooms makes this a great place for two families to share the experience. I gotta warn though, our "high season" (Dec-Mar), can fill up pretty early. It is not uncommon that the most desirable weeks; Feb. school Break, Christmas-NYE, and MLK weekend ogten book a year out. All the Best, -John & Brenda

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The living quarters were perfect for multiple families. Condo was beautiful. We had young children which made the location placed approximately 30 mins in every direction from Storyland, Santa’s Village and Clark’s Trading Post. We would highly recommend renting this property.

Fun summer getaway

This townhouse offered the perfect base for a weekend of adventure in the white mountains. It was a great size for 2 families, providing plenty of space and amenities. The backyard seating and fire pit were a great place to unwind after daily adventures, biking, taking the cog up Mount Washington, exploring the nearby river, and heading up Bretton Woods gondola for great views and a really delicious lunch!

I love to Hike and my kids love the skiing, there is no better way to enjoy life than to just "live it" I am a Realtor in MA, so I keep my property very nice and you;ll appreciate the location. In a perfect world the same 6-8 families would love it as much as I do and come back every Winter. Regards, John

Why they chose this property

I bought this home because of its ski-in location, and great character. It is a perfect setup for two families to share & enjoy but still big enough not to be in each other's way.
