We so enjoyed our stay here. We had a view of the water on the deck and often stayed there in the mornings. We were right on commercial street and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again!
Perfect place! Location is ideal, right on Commercial Street. We really enjoyed the beautiful apartment, the wonderful spacious deck, and the well equipped kitchen.
Quickly, you would be a fool NOT to stay here. This place is off the hook and literally in the middle of everything! We had so much fun staying there. The house is amazing. You can't go wrong.
Great location in the heart of Provincetown. Parked by the CVS for the weekend and it was a five minute walk. You can walk to everything from this location. It is probably one of the nicest VRBO ever. Two floors, two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Super modern. The host provided everything from internet to pots and pans. Great stay. Perfect vacation.
Great place with absolutely everything you need. It has all the luxury creature comforts of home and then some. The balcony is great for people watching above Commercial St. Helltown Kitchen is one of the best PTown restaurants and is just downstairs. Don’t worry about noise as the restaurant closes at 10.
My partner and I really enjoyed staying here this past weekend. The place is even nicer than the pictures suggest. The house is well stocked and has everything you need. The location is conveniently located within a short walk to the restaurant's, bars, and clubs. My only complaint is that I wish there was a parking spot. We found a town lot to ditch the car, which worked out great but it does add another expense. Regardless, I highly recommend staying here.
I have been visiting Provincetown for 25+ yrs and this was the most exquisite, centrally located property I have stayed in. A must stay!!! The property has everything from beach items, entertaining to a fully stocked kitchen. Nothing for you to do here other than settling in. The property was clean, fully stocked of all necessities and had a nice view of the water from your roof deck patio overlooking Commercial Street. Highly recommend!!
This was our 8th trip to Provincetown and 1st stay at this property. The property felt freshly built - the finishes are great and the furnishings perfect. The owners were so great at labeling the various parts - cleaning supply closet, various cooking tool drawers, and offering us use of anything in the kitchen - super helpful! With the separation of bedrooms, it is a great property for couples to share, or provide a separate space for kids.
The front deck overlooking Commercial St. really made the stay great! We had coffee in the morning, napped during the day, and kicked of the evening with cocktails feeling part of the town, but separate from it.
We had a couple quick questions and the owners were readily responsive - thank you!
what a gift this condo was. It’s more beautiful than the pictures suggest. And the owners have considered every detailed. Everything we needed was was readily available. The kitchen is stunning and fully stocked.. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are glorious. The soaking tub is delightful. The layout of the space means that everybody gets to enjoy some privacy. The air-conditioning in this place is the best I’ve ever experienced in the 10 years. I’ve been coming to Provincetown. I can’t say enough about how great this apartment is. We will definitely be back.
We've been coming to Provincetown for 25 years. Our kids are teenagers now so they like to go out in the evening and hang out with other kids in town. This location is central to EVERYTHING so it was ideal for the kids to "feel independent" with us still close enough to keep an eye!
The house itself is fully updated with gorgeous bathrooms and kitchen. We never felt like we were in a damp beach house. It was nice to have central air, clean new furniture, solid floors.
The deck looking out onto Commercial Street has water views and we got to cheer Miss Richfield, 1981 on every night as she entered the Pilgrim House for her evening shows! Close the door to the deck door, though, and it's quiet! We did tons of puzzles and game nights at the dining room table, and a quick walk across the street to the bay we could rent kayaks and do yoga!
We stayed for 5 weeks and loved every second of it. Chris was easy to get in touch with and FAST to respond if we had any confusion. Sonos speakers around the house. This place was A+.
Our family is thankful for an AMAZING summer!
A wonderful fall visit to celebrate my partner’s milestone birthday. The location for those who like to be in the middle of it all is unbeatable. You can relax on the large second-floor patio and watch all the action on Commercial St. while sipping your coffee and a cocktail. The condo is in pristine condition and roomy and beautifully decorated. Chris is great at communicating with you during your stay. I’ve been to Ptown many times over the past three decades and this is at the top of the list of superb rentals. Highly recommended (and we will certainly be back!)
My partner and I have been coming to Provincetown together for 25 years, so we have stayed @ a lot of places.... this one was great! It could get a little loud at night, but that's because it's location - which is great! I don't think I had any contact with the manager. We had everything we needed, the place was clean, and the arrival directions were easy. It was only the two of us, but I think this place would be good 4 couples. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are on different floors. We had a great time.
This absolutely gorgeous condo is an unparalleled location in Ptown. The kitchen and master bath are both stunners. The deck provides a beautiful view out toward the breakwater, as well as passersby on Commercial Street below. Even the restaurant neighbors downstairs are incredibly kind and welcoming.
If you're thinking the price seems like a premium, know that it's worth every penny.
I had a great stay at the place I rented out in Ptown and from heather checkin process to my stay where the hosts really thought of everything which enhances our stay in Ptown. I would highly recommend this place to stay for any other guests thinking of renting a VBRO property in Ptown. The price was really reasonable as well
