West End Completely Renovated 2BR/2BA Condo

2 BR/2 BA condo conveniently located in the West End just steps away from Commercial street.

Located on Conant between Commercial and Bradford, this location will allow you to be just steps away from whatever interest you from gym, nature, restaurants or nightlife.

The open concept LR/kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances (incl dishwasher), table seating for 4 and bar seating for an additional 2 people. The LR has a 46 inch Smart TV with cable and gas fireplace.

The two bedrooms in this unit are separated like a roommate plan would be with one on the front side of the unit and one on the back separated by the kitchen/LR area.

The Primary bedroom located in the front of the condo features a queen sized bed and closet. It has an ensuite bath with honed granite counter tops, subway tile and walk in shower.

The guest bedroom features a closet and TV with cable. Guest bathroom is located just outside the bedroom and features a Restoration Hardware vanity with Carrara marble counter top. This bathroom also has a full sized, high energy washer and dryer.

In addition, this unit also has two beautiful outdoor spaces - one covered porch with ceiling fan and one open air for outdoor dining or relaxing. There is also an outdoor shower located adjacent to the covered porch.

There is one tandem parking space associated with this unit. This is in tandem with another unit in the complex. Parking coordination will be required. However there is on street parking along Conant street if available.

Bike rack available off the covered porch for easy access.

In July and August rentals are Saturday to Saturday ( 7 night stay minimum)

This unit was just as advertised and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Everything was modern and bright inside, with two very useable outdoor spaces, and the proximity to everything really can't be beat. Hopefully we get a chance to stay here again on a return trip in the future.

Great Location and Layout

The property was in a great location with a good layout. Having a washer and dryer and a grill definitely made the stay that much better. The owner is very quick to respond and took care of all our needs including mailing back Apple earphones that we accidentally left behind.

Great Location

Awesome location just a short walk to the beach and Commerical Street. It is away from the loudness in town but still close enough to the action. Upstairs neighbors were quite noisy but somewhat expected given it was a holiday weekend.

Fantastic Ptown Condo

This property is in fantastic shape and was spotless when we checked in. Tod was super responsive and made the check in and check out process super simple, no silly rules. The location can’t be beat making this listing a high value option. You may find cheaper options but you get the value you pay for here.

We have been visiting Provincetown since 2006 on a yearly basis, We fell in love with the town on our first visit back then and eventually started discussing buying in Ptown.

We bought our condo in Ptown in 2013 and were able to spend our first full summer in town this past summer. We have never looked back and are loving every minute of the time we get to spend in our place.

Why they chose this property

The opportunity arose for us to buy a neighboring condo in late summer 2014 and we jumped at the chance. We have been renting now for 10 years.

What makes this property unique

This property is close to all the sights and sounds of Provincetown. Be that a night on the town, a day at the beach or a ride out to the bike trails to enjoy nature. However once you've settled in for the night all of that seems miles away as you enjoy a peaceful night at home.
