Step into your own relaxing paradise spot in this beautiful brand NEW family vacation rental suited for 6 people. Located in the stunning gated community of Timber Creek, Ft. Myers! This home boast 4 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Onsite amenities include; kids splash pad, large resort pool, lap pool, hot tub, indoor/outdoor bar & restaurant, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, Fitness center, saunas, Kids arcade, indoor volleyball/basketball, putting green!
**Pet's are NOT allowed.** Approved adult guests on the reservations only, unless prior permission granted, host does need all names of adults starting at property for front gate access. **No parties or events at the property.
**The main booking renters will need to sign a Timber Creek community rule/rental agreement form sent over upon booking request, please note: This is required to be signed PRIOR to your booking being finalized & confirmed** *Garage is not available, main property only* *2 cars parking in driveway only permitted*
Located Just 15 mins from RSW airport
Multiple beaches are nearby! Lots of golf, restaurants & shopping in nearby River District and south towards Estero. Bonita Beach, Naples & Marco Island are all within 30 mins. 2.5 hours to Tampa or Miami. 1.5 Orlando
2 large grocery stores are within 10 minutes drive, all essentials are within 15 minutes. Beautiful location and centrally located & close to the baseball parks!
Enjoy the peaceful nature preserve off the back of the screened in lanai.
