Overall we had a great time. Beautiful views of the beach and the condo was very cute. However the master bath shower needs updating- there was a loose bar and problems with temperature control. The remote entry did not work so we had to call to get assistance to open the lock box. Also the garbage disposal did not work.

Great Beach Stay

Great beach condo, three good sized bedrooms, one with a queen, two with two twins each. Large balcony with a great view and four chairs, much larger balcony than other condos that we have rented. The kitchen was well equipped. Access to the beach is down one flight of stairs and then a walkway across the dune. Halfway to the beach if you turn left the pool which was clean, clear and nice is a short walk away. No elevator in this building if that’s important to you.

I was unbelievably disappointed with the cleanliness of the room…So much so, that I actually went and bought cleaning supplies & spent my first few hours of my vacation cleaning the unit. The floors were filthy and covered in sand and crumbs, (some sand is understandable, but this amount was unacceptable), there were hand prints and smudges all over the walls, there was dried food stuck to the bar stools, curtains, and other surfaces, the showers were covered in soap scum, the dishes had leftover food debris, the counters were covered in crumbs, the ceiling fans had an inch of dust on them, one of the rooms had a faint smell of urine, the garbage disposal was clogged and smelled awful, the ac unit started dripping our last day there, and there was mold on/in the bathrooms vents. I would never expect a unit to be sparkling to perfection, but I definitely expected it to be better than what it was, especially since they require us to pay a cleaning fee. The property mgmt co did offer to have their team come in & clean the next day, but I had already started cleaning so there was no point. (They should have cleaned it the first time). They also offered to reimburse me for my cleaning supplies, but I feel as if they should have reimbursed me the cleaning fee entirely. Also, the beds were awful and the bedroom furniture is dated, falling apart, & needs to be replaced. I would not and will no recommend this unit to anyone.

Stayed for a whole month! This place was amazing, the ocean front balcony was large and the expansive ocean view out 10 floor to ceiling windows between the dining area, sliding doors and living room make you feel like you are on a yacht. The Sunrise views were phenomenal and drinking coffee every morning on the balcony watching the sun come up over the ocean was so special. The decor was charming and it didn’t feel worn out like so many rentals do. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need! The property manager was professional and touched based to check in a few times. There was nothing I needed to contact them for because every detail had already been thought of and taken care of. If I could give a 12 star out of 10 rating I would.

We enjoyed our stay in Top Sail! This was the second time we've stayed at this location and Sea Le Vie was the perfect getaway for our family. We savored the view and hung out on the beach. We also took advantage of renting the Shibumi Shadee during our stay. It was nice to set-up our space on the beach and come and go as we pleased. Our host Alan was great about making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back again. Thank you.
