This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin size bed, bunk bed, and a TV.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washing machine and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles.



HOUSE RULES:

• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.

• Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Do not park cars in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.

• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.

• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.



Guests have access to all outdoor resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, pier, and recreational courts.

Access to the clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness centre, business centre, and front desk services) is NOT included.

This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. The Area:

This home is located in Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks being a quick drive away; Walt Disney World (7.6 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), Universal Studios (20.5 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22.1 miles), and SeaWorld (16.7 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away.

This home is independently managed and is not part of the on-site resort management programme. Guests have access to outdoor amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, and pier.

The clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness centre, business centre, and front desk services) are not available to guests of this rental.

Amenity availability is controlled by the HOA and may change without notice.
