The location was very convenient and a short walk to the beach. The floor plan of the house is great, and accommodated our family nicely. Many upgrades need to be made - refrigerator ice maker does not work, the fan remote (in the living room) doesn’t work, the water pressure is extremely low, the microwave in the stove unit does not work and the sofa and cushions in the living room need to be cleaned. Very easy fixes to make overall experience better.

Love the location of beach side. Nice house. RoomsWere comfortable. Sheets pillows bedding towels all decent and like new. Not luxury but certainly acceptable and new so no stains. This condos porches have direct sun in the morning but great in the evening. Back porches aren’t big enough for sitting and right by loud ac units. The microwave didn’t heat food which was annoying. It worked but wouldn’t heat food. When I tried to change power settings it had been locked so you couldn’t change. Same with AC. There was some override set so it kept going back up to 88 the first night. I finally figured out how to override.
