🚤 BOAT DOCK
This is a wake zone and boats and other vessels are allowed on a case by case basis. If you plan to bring your boat, jetskis, etc kindly contact us ahead of booking with the specifics about your vessel.
*We assume no liability for any vessel docked at the home and a waiver must be signed acknowledging this prior to arrival if dock use is agreed upon.

‼️ENFORCED BY THE CITY
**We risk losing our vacation rental license if found to not be in compliance of the following:**
• There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with strict quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am
• No on-street parking/ 3 car maximum
• Absolutely no so smoking inside. The home is equipped with smoke sensors that pickup on smoking of all kinds including vaping.
• No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. Visitors that exceed the maximum occupancy or parking limits are not allowed.

As per the city of Fort Lauderdale-
• It is unlawful to allow a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence
• Guests must adhere to city ordinances applicable to residential areas including but not limited to noise, parking, and occupancy.
• The ordinance may be found online and is available in print on the home's interior.

📅 DATE ALTERATION REQUESTS
We do not accept alterations to date change requests that would result in a shortened stay past the determined cancellation time frame.

🌀 HURRICANE SEASON
June 1st - November 30th
We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters as we do not allow cancellations outside of the agreed cancellation policy for inclement weather.

Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked supply closet in the hallway and bathroom.
