Enjoy peace of mind with private, deeded beach access exclusive to residents and guest only—secured with a coded entry for added convenience and safety. This designated area is reserved exclusively for golf cart and bike parking for our neighborhood—making your beach trips even more convenient and stress-free!

Perfect for 2 families: This spacious home offers two luxurious primary suites on the main floor and an expansive bunk room upstairs, featuring three full-size and four twin-size beds—ideal for both kids and adults. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas create a welcoming space for gathering, while the backyard invites you to unwind and dine by the private pool with a waterfall.
Our property allows parking for a maximum of two vehicles.
