Newly built in 2018 custom luxury beach home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Step onto the charming back porch and in through the back door, and you're met with abundant natural light flowing into the open living room-kitchen concept equipped with modern comfort. A beautifully appointed kitchen with waterfall quartz stone island & countertops, custom lighting, and all professional stainless steel appliances. The back of the property is an expansive covered deck and grilling area complete with privacy fencing. It overlooks a beautiful backyard with a pool and across the street from the beach. Exceptional privacy, creating your personal backyard sanctuary. Perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying dinner outside.



Location, Location, Location. Walking distance to the beach (5min), Private Pool, Rosemary Beach (7min), Alys Beach (5min), restaurants (5min), shopping (1min), and all of 30A East has to offer. FREE Bicycles also available.
