Place looks as shown in photos, nice centralized area in Forest Park, only 20ish minute drive from The Loop Chicago, would highly recommend to few friends or small family. Phil and his team are great hosts.

We were very pleased with the layout & furnishings. Beds were comfy, the towels were cozy, and there's a TV in each room. There are officially two bedrooms, but the den easily functions as its own private room. The location is convenient, with shopping, restaurants and bars in the area. It's a short walk (about 1/2 mile) to the Green Line or drive (around 5 minutes ) to the Park & Ride for the Blue Line. It's 9-ish miles from O'Hare, that ride took a out 30 minutes.All-in-all, everything we needed.

Surrounding area was very cozy and had convenient stores nearby. Place was clean and the patio was very cute. Grill was not available as expected and sofa bed was smaller than expected, but we made it work. Company was very quick with their responses to our questions.
