About this property
Orange You Happy at the Beach. Beach Condo
Modern cozy beachside condo suite. Enjoy the beach view from your 3rd floor balcony. Small beachside pool. Small quant and quiet complex. Well appointed kitchen. Just bring your luggage. Beach chairs and beach towels provided. Close to restaurants and attractions. Covered parking ( first come basis ) and additional free parking in lot. Per condo rules no pets or smoking. Booking limited to 25 and older. Two persons per unit only. No children.
The space
Condo suite with well appointed kitchenette including counter top two burner portable unit for more counter space. This is one of the larger units at Symphony Beach Club. Queen bed (most of the units at Symphony have fold up Murphy beds. This is a conventional Queen), all electric reclining loveseat, 55” ceiling mount Smart Fire TV. Bath with walk in shower. Beach amenities: towels, chairs, cooler, and beach bag.
Our co/hosts are local so can respond quickly to any issues. They personally clean and inspect the unit before your arrival.
Guest access
Beachside pool.
On site coin laundry. Gas and charcoal grilling area.
And of course direct access to the BEACH.
Other things to note
Coffee maker uses coffee pods 6 are provided along with cream and sugar.
Cable TV and wifi. Wifi is just for this unit- no weak building wifi.
Our co-hosts will be available for anything additional you might need during your stay.
55” Smart Fire TV: select HDMI 1 input for cable TV. Then push the cable button on the Spectrum remote. Use this remote to change channels and volume for cable tv.

We are a professional couple and love sharing our second home with those that love the beach. The only thing you will need is your clothes and a swimsuit. That is what we wanted to make it for ourselves, so we thought we would do the same for our guests.
