Direct (private) access to the beach, panoramic water views with sandy path to the best beach on the Island! The house is beautifully furnished with clean modern theme. It has 3 BR, 2 beautiful bathrooms, and is situated on 1.25 acres.
The kitchen is completely remodeled with granite counters, new appliances including a gas range, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and all necessary accessories. Weber grill on deck attached to house gas

Home is close to shops and great restaurants, as well as the South Ferry. It is a short 3 mile drive from the ferry into Sag Harbor. There is shopping, movies and great dining in the beautiful old town of Sag Harbor.
