I've lived in this house since 2017 and have been renting it out over the last few summers while I travel. I am a college professor and musician, and the house is full of books and musical instruments--feel free to grab whatever peaks your interest!
Why they chose this property
West Asheville is both one of the most exciting neighborhoods in town for restaurants, bars, and music venues, but it's also a quiet and chill place. Very easy to get around on foot, bike, or car.
What makes this property unique
This house has plenty of space. It's a 4-bedroom with only 2 of those rooms acting as bedrooms. The others are a music studio and library/study. The front and back yards are great places to chill--one has a very active pollinator garden and the back has a terrific covered porch and greenhouse.
