I have lived in Denver for the last 20 years. I have had this property for about 3 years and just recently changed it from my main residence to a short term rental.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it’s conveniently located near the airport, city, and right near I70 which will take you into the mountains. The back deck is a beautiful place to relax and with the privacy screen you are secluded from the neighbors.
