The property is located in a cul-de-sac end street in a quiet and family neighborhood. The very quiet and most of the time away host lives in the upstairs along with a Yorkshire Terrier puppy named Rocco. He’s the one sharing the back yard ;). Smoking (including tobacco and cannabis) is not permitted inside the property. However, guests are welcome to smoke on the front porch or back patio. This property was excellent!!! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely living room, beautiful bathroom, and great outdoor space. It was nice to have a big yard to enjoy the nice weather and play with our dogs. Thanks for a fabulous stay!!
The house is spectacular even though it’s a basement feels like a above ground home, super clean, communication was smooth as butter, would definitely stay here again when I come back to town, you will find all the amenities you need and it’s just feels like home, having a garage parking lot makes it fell extra safe and convenient to unload all your belongings
Everything was secure, it was a surprise that the property was down in the basement but that was probably just an oversight on my part. Everything was beautiful and very clean
We loved it. Cute place, squeaky clean, newly built, everything we needed. Met the owner who was quite nice. We liked being able to park in the garage and close the door. There's an electric car charger in the garage. Kitchen was stocked with snacks, coffee, etc. Would definitely rent this place again.
My family and I had a great time at Cristina’s place. She was such a great host and very responsive. We stayed at her place with out GSD. Her yard was great for him to roam around. The location was great, easy to get to all of the kid friendly things with our 2 and 6 year old like the zoo, aquarium, and museums. We would definitely stay at her place again. Thank you Cristina!
Everything was amazing. The beds were comfortable, it was a great space to hang out in, it was quiet, and the location was perfect. We loved the shower, one of the best we’ve ever had. Parking our car in the garage was wonderful and easy. I can’t say enough about our hostess and how available she was if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!
Cristina was welcoming, accommodating and communicated the necessary entrance codes in a timely manner. The backyard is big, quiet and secure for dogs with a nice sitting area. The space is comfortable and well appointed and kitchen is well equipped. It is a basement unit, so first floor noise ( though not bad!) should be expected. We had a lovely time and would definitely book again!
