This beautiful townhome end unit puts you a couple of blocks from city centre Whitefish, close enough to walk to dinner, far enough that you're not dealing with the noise of the main strip. Built new in 2024, it's a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo with almost 1,800 square feet to spread out in, which is more room than most city centre rentals give you. Guests get free e-bikes for the stay, so getting around town is easy even without a car. If you're here for the mountain, Whitefish Mountain Resort is 15 minutes by car, or you can catch the free S.N.O.W. Bus a few blocks from the door, the resort has over 3,000 acres of award-winning terrain. Whitefish Lake is just as close: the bike path starts at the end of the block, about a 20-minute walk or 10 minutes by bike to City Beach. Glacier National Park is 45 minutes out, if you want to make a day of it. This is one of three condos in the Cloud Nine building, and the layout is three floors plus a loft tucked above the main living area, that loft is the 4th bedroom, and we'll get to it. The second floor holds the three "real" bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the laundry room. The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite with a custom tile shower. Bedroom 2 is a queen with a matching ensuite and tile shower. Bedroom 3 is the bunk room, a queen bed plus a lofted full-size bed above it, good for kids or a couple extra people, and there's a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo just across the hall for that room.

Up on the third floor is the main living space, and it's the kind of open layout that's actually made for a group, not just photographed that way. The kitchen has blue tile, black granite counters, and appliances that can keep up if someone in your group actually likes to cook, plus a breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining table seats up to 6. There's a gas fireplace with some nice custom metalwork around it, and an oversized sectional in front of the smart TV for whoever wants to just sit down after a long day. A full bathroom with a tile shower serves this floor and the loft above it. Speaking of which, that spiral staircase in the living room leads up to bedroom 4, the loft. To be clear: it's not a closed-off room with a door, it's an open space with a queen-size sofa sleeper, and it works best for kids, an extra couple, or anyone who doesn't mind an open layout. If everyone in your group needs a private room, plan around the 3 bedrooms downstairs and think of the loft as bonus space. Floor three finishes with big windows and a sliding door out to the patio, where there's a private hot tub, a grill, and seating with a straight-on view of Big Mountain.
