The guesthouse is a detached building from the main house so that you will have your own privacy.
It’s nestled in the back of the property amongst pine trees.

You will be given your own access code to unlock the smart lock at the day of check in.

This was a very quaint and comfortable place. We visited the university and stayed here for a couple of nights. Incredibly clean and the hosts were very gracious. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come up to South bend.

Perfect for our girls’s getaway

My friend and I have been meeting in Niles for a weekend for many years. We rented this property as it was located well to the places we wanted to visit. It was a wonderful space for our time together. The space met our needs. The mattresses were so comfortable. We were able to easily able to prepare breakfast. Communication with Anna was easy, and her information to access the property was clear. We will be staying again.
