The condo sleeps up to 8 guests and comes fully stocked with all the essentials for a carefree getaway—just bring your beach towels! Enjoy morning coffee with ocean views, stroll to the shore, and unwind in a peaceful setting designed for making memories.

BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
Primary bedroom has queen sized bed
Bedroom two has a queen bed
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed a twin bed and a twin trundle bed
Primary bathroom is ensuite, walk in shower/sliding glass door
Bathroom 2 is en suite w/shower/tub combo
Bathroom 3 has entry door from bedroom with a walk in shower/glass door and also has an entry door from the hallway.

☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.

☆Our unit is NOT ocean front but DOES provide a beautiful view of the water. Our unit is not wheelchair accessible and no refunds can be made if elevator is out of order. Guest must be able to use stairs to access the third floor of the building where the condo is located.

☆Our 3 BR, 3 Bath condo is on the third floor which provides a beautiful view of the water. The building is third row, staggered with a quick 5 min walk to the beach access.

☆Only motor vehicles such as cars, pickup trucks and motorcycles are allowed to be parked in the lot.

☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.

No storage of items in the hallways. No glass at the pool. Observe quiet hours. Dishes must be washed before departing (per cleaners or extra charge).
