Welcome to The Trailhouse Retreat

Soak in a private hot tub, gather around the firepit, and ride complimentary bikes to nearby trails, all from a stylish 3BR/2BA home in Sanford. Spacious fenced backyard with string lights, screened-in patio, and a bunk room the kids will love. 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Sanford and the Riverwalk, 10 minutes to Sanford Airport, 35 minutes to Orlando theme parks.

Trailhouse Retreat is a fully renovated 3BR/2BA home with clean, modern finishes and a backyard built for unwinding. Perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a mix of relaxation and adventure.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with closet space. The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed with books, toys, and a desk set up specifically for families traveling with kids.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals: a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and a K-Cup coffee maker. The dining area seats the whole group comfortably.

The living room has a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and fast Wi-Fi for streaming or remote work. Washer and dryer on-site so you can pack light.

The backyard is what sets this property apart. A fully fenced yard with a private hot tub that stays warm and ready, a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and a swing, string lights overhead, and a screened-in patio for morning coffee or evening unwinding.
