Sea Watch 714 is a 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 7th floor on the north side of the building.
There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, a queen sleep sofa in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 TV’s, 1 DVD player, and free WiFi. Limit of 6 people. Parking: Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 (cash or credit) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. CONTROL#0054467
