Located in one of the finest buildings in Ocean City, this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort, convenience, and beautiful views for your beach getaway. Designed to comfortably sleep six guests, the primary suite features a queen bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living area provides additional accommodations. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just off the main living space. One of the standout features of this property is the private balcony off the living and dining area, where you can enjoy fantastic ocean and bay views — the perfect setting for morning coffee or relaxing evenings.

The 9400 Building offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Short Get-A-Way

Wonderful view of the ocean and the bay from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Easy access to the beach and amenities like a pool, laundry, and fitness are nice enhancements. We had a wonderful long weekend and will be looking for this unit's availability the next time we plan a trip to OC.

Labor day

The the unit was very nice but a little outdated. The toilet kept running and the property manager was aware before we moved in. No towels, hairdryer and lack of supplies in the kitchen. Found dishes that was never cleaned out and stank in the dishwasher. We had to rerun. The area of location was beautiful. Overall nice but needs updating.
