Sleeping arrangements

The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms, each with clothing storage, hangers, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets. Two full bathrooms mean no morning queues - whether you're heading out to catch a match or an early museum visit, the routine moves smoothly. Bed linens, towels, and toilet paper are all provided.



Living space

The apartment occupies a single level with no internal stairs, reached by elevator. Inside, the layout is open and unhurried - a TV for winding down after a day in the city, a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi for anyone blending work with travel, and city skyline views that shift quietly from bright afternoon light to the glow of Guadalajara at night. A private entrance and keypad self check-in make arrivals seamless at any hour. A safe is available for valuables, and a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are in place throughout.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who prefer to cook - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are all available. A dining table gives you a proper place to sit down for meals. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before the day's first fixture or a relaxed dinner after exploring nearby restaurants, the kitchen handles it comfortably.



Bathrooms

Both bathrooms include hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products - everything you need without having to pack the extras.



Entertainment & family amenities

A ping pong table adds an easy option for downtime. For families traveling with young children, a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards are available.



Outdoor & building facilities

The building offers access to a pool, gym, and BBQ grill. Bikes are available for guests. Resort access allows guests to use nearby resort facilities. Luggage drop-off is allowed for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Colonia Americana is one of Guadalajara's most talked-about neighborhoods - dense with independent restaurants, cafés, bars, and cultural venues. Public transportation, taxis, Uber, and DiDi all provide easy city-wide connectivity, with main avenues leading to other key areas. If you're traveling by car, nearby parking options are available outside the building.



A note on waste management

All trash must be deposited in the chute located on the service stairs only - bags must not be left in hallways or common areas. Waste should be placed in tightly closed bags, preferably double-bagged. Bulky items or glass bottles should not go in the chute; these should be taken directly to the container in Basement 1. Any damage to the chute or related areas may result in repair charges or penalties. The team is available throughout your stay to assist with anything you need.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
