The Space:

Guadalajara has a rhythm all its own - the kind that pulls you in slowly, through wide tree-lined boulevards, the smell of birria from a nearby market stall, and golden afternoon light settling over colonial facades. This two-bedroom apartment gives you a calm, private base to return to after each discovery, where cool air and soft daylight make the transition from city to home feel effortless.



Living and comfort

The living area is designed for easy downtime. Air conditioning keeps the space refreshing throughout the day, and the TV and Wifi mean you can unwind on your own terms - whether that's streaming something familiar or catching up on work before heading out again. Two full bathrooms add everyday convenience for groups or couples travelling together, each with hot water ready when you need it.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests, each with a comfortable bed, room-darkening shades to help you sleep in, and clothing storage to keep your stay organised. Hangers, bed linens, and thoughtful storage details make settling in feel immediate rather than effortful.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen means meals are always on your terms. A gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses give you everything needed to cook at home or simply start the morning right. Pull up a chair at the dining table and linger over breakfast before the day begins, or wind down with a quiet dinner in after an evening exploring the city.



Bathroom

Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap - the kind of detail that makes arriving with a lighter bag feel like a reasonable choice.



Building and access

Self check-in via keypad means your arrival happens on your schedule, with no waiting around. A private entrance gives you independence as you come and go, and the elevator - at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide - makes moving through the building straightforward for everyone. When the day calls for stillness, the pool offers a quiet place to reset without leaving the building.



Neighbourhood

The apartment places you within reach of some of Guadalajara's most recognisable reference points - Paseo Chapultepec, Glorieta Minerva, and the Centro Histórico are all nearby. The surrounding streets reward slow exploration: independent cafes, local restaurants, and architecture that carries the city's history without making a fuss of it. Guadalajara's climate stays mild and walkable year-round, making it just as easy to step outside in January as in July.



Note

1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.



4. Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb:

For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps.



We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information



Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.



-Guests are not allowed.



-Pets are not allowed.



-Linen changes are not provided during the stay.



-Provided amenities are for a single-night stay.



-Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables.



-The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice.



-We are an environmentally conscious company and appreciate your support in using electricity responsibly.



-Maintenance and administration of common areas in the condo are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.
