For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. -IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to four guests with one bedroom and two beds, offering a peaceful setting where you can settle in after time by the water or out exploring. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage add comfort for both short and extended stays.

Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals whenever you choose. With space to cook and dine at home, you can enjoy simple breakfasts before heading to the beach or relaxed evenings after a day in the sun. A refrigerator, microwave, oven, other stove, freezer, and drip coffee maker are all available, along with cooking basics and dishes. A dedicated workspace is also provided, offering a convenient spot for planning outings or staying connected.

The patio or balcony offers a breezy place to read, relax, or simply take in the mountain view, beach view, ocean view, and sea view. Shared beach access allows you to reach the shoreline with ease, while the pool provides another option for cooling off. Outdoor furniture, a hammock, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ grill, bikes, a kayak, sun loungers, and beach essentials add to the experience, giving you multiple ways to enjoy the surroundings.

Amenities

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi keep the space comfortable, and bathroom essentials are provided along with cleaning products, hot water, and an outdoor shower. A washer supports longer stays, and a private entrance, luggage dropoff allowed, self check-in via keypad, and free parking on premises, plus free street parking, make arrival and departure simple. Guests also have access to nearby resort facilities, as well as a laundromat nearby. Safety features include a carbon monoxide alarm and window guards.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no._7_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.
