A hard-bottom swim area is ideal for kids and perfect for swimming, lounging, or water activities. Relax on the dock complete with a spacious platform, built-in benches, stairs into the water, four chaise lounges, and four Adirondack chairs. The home features premium appliances, including an outdoor Blaze gas grill, Inside you'll find a tasteful decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Designed for families, the spacious layout offers plenty of room to relax and reconnect. With two kayaks, a Peloton bike, enough dock space for boat rentals, there’s something for everyone. "IF" you use our beach towels, please wash and fold them before leaving. Will allow the house to be turned faster. All regular linens/towels will be cleaned by owner. Detergent provided of course.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please tie and boats or jet skis "bow out" along the dock, NOT at the end as the water can get rough. Gas fireplace use is not permitted for safety.
