The house was very nice. Upon arrival, we were a bit skeptical of the neighborhood (it's located in an older area) but we had no problems. This is a great location for lots of attractions in the Tampa area.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The house was spotless from top to bottom, and I loved that the AC was perfectly set to 70 upon arrival—a lifesaver in this summer heat. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was absolutely heavenly. Every detail made me feel right at home. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Beautiful all new home, lots of room to relax and have your own space. Beds were very comfy - sofa pulls out for 2 to sleep but still seems like only 10 would fit not 12. Kitchen was great except no coffee cups and no cooking utensils (plenty of knives and flatware) Neighborhood is a bit sketchy- but as stated was quiet and easy to get to right off expressway to downtown.

Neighborhood was alarming

The neighborhood was a bit scary upon arrival but it was quiet with no issues. The house is advertised as sleeping 12 but we had to book a hotel for half our family because it only slept 8 only if 2 people sleep on the couch. It was originally advertised as 4 bedrooms 2 and a half bath but the home only has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. There were crumbs on the carpet from previous guest
