Overall the property was great. A bit dated, but the pool had a fun vibe with live music, tiki bar, etc. proximity to the beach was great! Everyone that worked there was very nice. There was lots of security at all times. Which I’m not sure of it made me feel better or worse. But none the less, they were there. Views were great!Couple complaints that I have are 1. The room had a very musty smell. And the recommendation was not to change anything with the ac and to not open the windows. When we got home all of our clothes were musty smelling just from being in the room. Even though we washed them when we were there. 2. There was no shampoo, body wash or anything like that. As well as zero extras in the kitchen like spices or condiments or anything. The way this was listed on Vrbo, I expected it to have some of that stuff. Overall a really positive experience. Would definitely stay here again. But would make sure I did not get this same musty room.

Beautiful condo at The Resort on Cocoa Beach. I have stayed at this property before, and it is great. This particular condo was perfect! There is no view of the beach from this balcony; but the pool area more than makes up for that!
