The property is beautifully kept up. Our view was Oceanrific! The condo was very clean and spacious. We had ample room. My daughter is in a wheelchair and the property worked great for our time there.

We had a wonderful stay here in Cocoa Beach! The condo was well equipped could use new frying pans for sure and maybe some hooks behind the door but other than that it was fabulous

Great condo with private beach access

Very conveniently located to downtown Cocoa Beach, condo was spacious, clean and was perfect for quick access to the beach and witching walking distance to lots of places in downtown. We will definitely be back!!

Great views and beautiful unit

We've stayed at other units on this property, but this one exceeded our expectations. The unit was modern, A/C was comfortable, and the view of the pool overlooking the ocean was beautiful. 10/10 would stay here again!

I could stay forever

This was such a fabulous place! Easy to book and such a great location. The area around is such a fun vibe and carefree attitude with lots of places to chill, shop and eat at. Plus who can beat the pool and your own access to the beach!?! Wow just amazing I want to go back so bad it was so sad to leave. I highly recommend this place and I definitely will book again!

Family Reunion

Girls trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The communication from Happy Palm Stays was outstanding. Easy check in and check out process. The location was top notch. We were able to walk to many local restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the room from our balcony. Would stay again!!
