Casita No. 236 is in the community of Rancho Vistoso, which offers beautiful desert landscaping, multiple walking and biking trails, parks, convenient shopping, a variety of restaurant options, a movie theater, and easy access to plenty of public and private golf courses. Rancho Vistoso is situated in the town of Oro Valley, a northwestern suburb of Tucson, just 40 minutes from the Tucson International Airport and about 90 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
This second-floor, fully-furnished unit offers stunning mountain and desert views from its private covered patio, and the resort-like common area provides a heated pool and spa, a fitness room with cardio and weight equipment, two poolside barbecue areas, plenty of lounge seating, and beautiful landscaping throughout. The unit also comes with one locked, enclosed garage space for your car and/or bikes. You may also park a car outside the garage.
After a long day of swimming, golfing, hiking, cycling, or sightseeing, guests will look forward to kicking back on the covered patio and enjoying a cool drink while taking in a breathtaking sunset over the desert.
