Great location!

One of my employees stayed at the Heart of Denver suite while working at the convention center. He loved it! It was centrally located, had great views, and Julia made the whole process a breeze. I will defiantly be booking at Julia's locations in the future.

A great place ideally located in the heart of Denver

We really enjoyed our stay at the Brooks Tower condo. The location is superb to experience the downtown Denver area and the view is just gorgeous! It is very clean, functional and adorned with some beautiful contemporary art for enjoyment after a day on the town. The owner was extremely helpful with everything from suggestions on what to see around town to valuable parking tips. The Brooks Tower staff was also very polite, courteous and very helpful. I definitely recommend this condo if you'd like to spend some time in the heart of Denver.

Great stay excellent host

Julia was extremely accommodating prior, during, and at the end of our visit! A nice clean apartment with everything we needed. The gym and laundry was right next door which was very convenient. A huge bonus was there was a CLEAN bathroom down the hall only accessible by tenant access card I could use when my wife was in the bathroom in the unit (its like having another half bath). 1-2 blocks away from everything you need in downtown Denver, and access to multiple ZIP car locations. A great experience!

Coming to Denver - Stay Here!!

This one bedroom condo is a gem in the heart of downtown among the theaters and nightlife of Denver. The unit is nicely appointed, attractively furnished and well maintained in an established building complete with a doorman 24/7, security and parking garage. It is conveniently located on the same floor as the building’s gym, roof pool and laundry facility. Julia could not have been more helpful or accommodating. You can’t go wrong with this place. I know I’ll be back!

Perfect Place!

We stayed at this condo and could not have been happier with our stay. The condo is very clean and contemporary and wonderfully decorated. The location is incredible: you do not need a rental car. We walked everywhere we could including Denver Art Museum, Denver Mint, Colorado State Capitol, Performing Arts Center... Perfect Place! Kitchen had all appliances and utensils we needed. We did not really had to cook much because there are so many wonderful restaurants just around the corner... What a great place to stay, perfect amount of room and within walking distance to so many places in Denver downtown. We actually considered wanting to live in a place like this in a few years. We hope to stay here again the next time we're in Denver. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Giving it 5 stars!

Great stay, great experience.

We had an extended stay at Julia's Heart of Denver Suite. It was absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment of arrival, my husband kept thanking me for finding this amazing place with the fabulous view of the city! The collection of artwork is amazing. The floor the condo is located on has all amenities we needed including gym, conference room, pool/billiard room and laundry. Too bad the swimming pool is not all year round. We found everything we needed inside the unit! The suite is very spacious and perfect for a couple or a couple with a kid or two.. the location of the high riser cannot be better: right in the middle of all attractions, museums, theaters, restaurants... Great stay, great experience. Thank you!

Secure and comfortable Denver apartment

I spent 10 days here during a bridge tournament in Denver, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The location was ideal - a block away from the clock tower and the 16th Street Mall; two blocks away from great restaurants on Larimer street, three blocks away from an excellent running path along Cherry Creek. A highlight was watching the Parade of Lights out the window of the apartment! The building is secure, with keycard access to the building overall as well as deadbolts on the individual apartment. The living room is very attractive, with an enormous Dish TV entertainment center. The bedroom is very pleasant, with a surprisingly comfortable bed. Kitchen is well-equipped and functional; bathroom serves its purpose, with plenty of places to put things, which can be important in a bathroom. Lots of storage, including a very spacious walk-in closet. All in all, everything I needed for my stay, in a nice building at an ideal location.

GREAT LOCATION AND WONDERFUL VIEW. Walk out of this suite, step through the lobby and you are truly in DOWNTOWN! The DCPA AND CONVENTION CENTER is a block away. Visit the historic LARAMIE SQUARE, with all of its restaurants, cafes, bars, and coffee shops... On the corner is Sam's Diner, open early and late which offers up a true slice of city life and great people watching.

Everything else is an easy walk, including the PEPSI CENTER, Platte Valley, UNION STATION, the DENVER ART MUSEUM, the Clifford Stills Museum, and COORS FIELD STADIUM. COLORADO STATE CAPITOL BUILDING (take a free Dome tour), The UNITED STATES MINT (free tour by reservation), Confluence Park (REI, river walk, and kayaking), DENVER PUBLIC LIBRARY, and many other sporting and cultural attractions.
