The Space:

From the balcony of this Nuevo Vallarta condo, garden views stretch below while the water sits just steps away - close enough to hear, easy enough to reach. Mornings here belong to slow coffee, open air, and the kind of quiet that reminds you why you came.



The space

Set within the new tower of the Aria Ocean complex, this entire condo is designed for up to 2 guests. The layout is single-level, accessible by elevator, and entered through a private entrance - all of it arranged to feel calm and uncomplicated from the moment you arrive. Self check-in via keypad means no coordinating arrivals; you come and go on your own schedule.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is set up with one bed and provided cotton linens, giving you a clean, restful place to return to after time by the water. Hangers and an iron are available should you need them.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-sufficient stays. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, drip coffee maker, blender, dishes and silverware, and a dining table - everything in place for meals at home when you prefer a quiet evening in over heading out.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

A private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area gives you a dedicated space to take in the tropical air at any time of day. The building offers shared access to an outdoor pool and a nearby beach, with common areas maintained by the condominium administration.



Comfort & convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable throughout your stay. A TV and Wifi are available for downtime, and an in-unit washer and dryer means longer stays or lighter packing aren't a concern. Free parking in the garage is available on premises.



Good to know

A few practical notes worth reading before you book. Fumigation is carried out before and after each reservation; if insects appear during your stay - as can happen in tropical environments - additional fumigation can be arranged. Electricity consumption is tracked by meter, with a kilowatt allowance communicated after booking; usage beyond that allowance is charged at $5 pesos per excess kilowatt. The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning only and does not include in-stay cleaning or laundry service.



The neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta lines the northern edge of Banderas Bay with long, accessible beaches and warm year-round temperatures. Construction activity in the area may produce some daytime noise. As with most coastal destinations in this region, small beach insects can appear - bringing repellent will keep things comfortable. The condo's waterfront position makes it easy to move between the pool, the beach, and the calm of the Pacific at your own rhythm.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._7_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
